*MASCOT CHOICE  Please download our Mascot Catalog FROM THIS LINK.  Use the catalog to choose a Mascot that represents your school.  From the catalog, enter the code that is located under the Mascot in the above field called, "Mascot Code".  There is NO additional charge if you select one of our stock Mascots from the downloaded Mascot Catalog.  If you do not wish to use one of the Mascots in our catalog please call us at 309-691-2104.  One of our graphic artists will be happy to assist you in recreating your Schools Mascot Logo.  Additional fees will apply!
